Welcome!! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota, providing private pay services to address a variety of family and relationship issues, specifically trauma and attachment. I believe in holding space for my clients, making them feel valued and important.

Marriage and Family Therapy
I have specialty training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), AIR (Adaptive Internal Relational) Network Model, Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate, Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), play therapy, sand techniques and lifespan attachment issues.
I enjoy working with family systems and providing a "youthful" approach to issues impacting kids, parents and couples today.
Over the years, I have gained experience and passion working with trauma and attachment injuries as it greatly impacts an individual's ability to connect with others. This leads to various relational concerns with friends, partners, children and co-workers.
I have been working in the Mankato area for over 7 years, working with all age groups. My special interest in empowering women, often working closely with moms and daughters to improve self confidence, communication and helping them find their voice.
