Wounded Haven is private pay only practice. Insurance is not accepted.

Initial session (Diagnostic Assessment): $225/ 60 minutes

30 minutes: $125

45 minutes: $130

55 minutes: $135

Family therapy with client present: $165/55 minutes

Family therapy without client present: $165/55 minutes

Team meetings/School/Daycare: $175/55 minutes

Intensives: Clients can request intensive session, meaning sessions that go beyond 1 hour. This can be done as requested and may be a recommendation based on medical necessity. This is common for couples or family sessions, or trauma focused sessions.

Late cancel/No show(within 24 hours): Full session rate. 

 

​Telehealth services are available. I am licensed to see anyone in Minnesota. Client must be physically present in the state of Minnesota for telehealth sessions to occur.

Due to inclement weather being common for Minnesota, clients are expected to cancel before 24 hours of scheduled therapy appointment if they do not want to do telehealth if snow is in the forecast. Late cancellation charge will still apply if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment due to weather.

HSA/FSA and all major credit cards accepted.

Sliding fee scale available for those who qualify

Superbills are NOT provided for insurance reimbursement.

Payment due at time of service. 10% charge added for cards declining and not being updated. Cards may be charged before session in some cases.
